This session BEGINS at 2:00 pm and runs for 45 mins to 1 hour maximum (Inclusive of warm-up, work-out, warm-down and stretch)

Laptop (Recommended) (Tablets or other devices can work once participants can easily see the screen)

The workout routine will be focused on body weight and movement.

SELF-DEFENSE
You will need a partner to assist with the various defensive techniques that you will be taught.
This session BEGINS at 1:00 pm and runs for 1 hour maximum (Inclusive of warm-up, work-out, warm-down and stretch)
